lost in the vibe.

alison + craig made an ad for the jazz tape.

yes, it’s a video we made to sell a product, but i like to think it’s also something more than that. something that has entertainment value on its own. something that, within the confines of a one-minute long video, can spark a feeling inside you that you can carry with you for the rest of your day.

our intention while filming this was to capture a fleeting moment. we were going for a specific vibe, something like a ray of late summer sunshine reaching you while you’re chilling somewhere doing your thing.

it also helps that we have the beautiful city of porto as a backdrop. all of the locations we filmed at are within a 10 minute walking radius of where we live.

this feeling is something we experience when we go for a walk in the dreamy, yet inspiring, city. did we succeed at conveying this? i don’t know. we will let you decide.

oh yeah, we almost forgot. if you feel the vibe, we have the jazz tape available on actual old-school physical cassette tapes. we only have a handful of these in stock. grab one for yourself, if that’s your thing.

or you can stream it on spotify or download it on bandcamp. or find it on any of the other streaming platforms.
